Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Returns may not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or is returned without its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned after the return period.

  • Products purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions (unless damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging so we can review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return after delivery if your order meets the return eligibility criteria.
